Puppies & Adult Dogs
UPDATE July 2020 - This is a very difficult and challenging time for us and our pets and I am here to support you where I can.
There will be new Puppy and Progress courses starting on Friday 17th July at 10am and Sunday 19th July at 11am at Bowburn (DH6 5AT), and I will also be continuing with my popular online training classes, one-to-one sessions, workshops and behaviour consultations.
The online training classes are particularly useful if you have a puppy that is too young to come to the hall, if you have a dog who cannot cope in a hall environment, or if you or any of your family members are still self-isolating. I am still offering online support in a variety of ways. To find out more click here.
WHAT TRAINING IS BEST FOR YOU?
We have courses for dogs of all abilities and age. They are also designed for the whole family, and we encourage everyone to join in during the lessons. Training can begin at any age and the sooner the socialisation process starts the better. Classes are fun, both for you and your dog, as well as reinforcing relationships and socialising your dog under controlled, safe conditions.
You decide how far you want to go with your pet, with the option to work towards the KENNEL CLUB GOOD CITIZEN DOG SCHEME awards in most of the classes.
We want you and your pet to have the best possible experience in our classes so we need to make sure that the group sessions in a hall environment are appropriate for you and your pet. If your dog is nervous, barks at people or other dogs, has bitten a person or another dog, or has any other behaviour problems, or if you need further advice before considering which course to enrol onto, please do not hesitate to contact us here.
